3 Part Online Course

 

Part 1: Resilience

Begin to understand your incredible lungs, and breathing patterns, and find out ways to breathe for deep well-being and resilience. You will learn tips and tricks that can increase immunity & lung function, as well as improve focus at work and home.

Part 2: Calm & Vitality

Here you will learn simple and effective ways of breathing to help regulate your nervous system, bringing more vitality when needed, or soothing you into deeper calm when you feel agitated or unable to sleep.

Part 3: Connection

Discover how breathing is one of the most powerful doorways we have available to us in any moment to come back to ourselves, to NOW, to re-connect to the mystery, beauty and wonder of Life. Learn how to deal with difficulty emotions and pain more effectively.

What you will receive:

  • Three weekly online sessions (each session is 2 hours)


  • Instruction in breathing practices and exercises, as well as time to dialogue to develop and support understanding.


  • A selection of specially designed audio practices to help you integrate the breathing practices into your daily life.


  • A handbook to accompany the course with specific chapters for each session, along with home practice invitations.


  • Guidance and support to meet your needs

Each session will be recorded so that you can easily catch up if you aren’t able to make all the sessions

Frequently asked questions…

What does the course include?

Each live zoom session will include gentle breathing practices to improve well-being on ALL levels. Some simple movement will also be woven into the sessions to help to ease and soften restrictions around the breath.
You will also receive audio practices to download & handbook to support your learning in-between sessions.

Do I need any prior experience of yoga or other similar disciplines?

No prior experience of any discipline is necessary. All breathing body’s are WELCOME!

What if I can’t make all the sessions?

If you can’t make a session then you will be sent the recording so you can listen and explore at your leisure!

Whats the investment?

Course is: £95 for all 3 sessions, inc. materials.
